Do you work on slate pool tables?
Yes. Slate tables are the main focus, including one-piece and three-piece slate.
What is the difference between woolen and worsted cloth?
Woolen cloth is common on home tables. Worsted cloth is smoother and plays faster, and lasts longer.
What felt colors can I choose?
Many colors are available, including green, blue, red, burgundy, black and gray. Ask what is in stock.
Can you refelt a table without moving it?
Yes. Refelting is done where the table sits.
Do I need new felt when a table is moved?
Not always. Existing cloth can often be reused if it is in good shape.
How long does a refelt take?
Most refelts are done in a single visit. Call to set a time.

What size pool table fits my room?

Why do my balls roll off line?
Usually the table is not level. A leveling service fixes this.
Can you fix torn pockets?
Yes. Worn or torn pockets can be repaired or replaced.

Can you level my table where it sits?
Yes. Leveling is done in place, with shims and adjustments so the slate plays true.
How often should a pool table be refelted?
It depends on use. Many home tables need new cloth every few years, or sooner if torn.
How do I know my cushions are bad?
If balls thud, bounce oddly or the rubber feels hard or cracked, the cushions likely need replacing.
Can you move my table to a new house?
Yes. The table is taken apart, moved and reassembled and leveled at the new location.
